I have considered Chris Clothier, but I feel like their model (not showing any homes) is a bit strange. 

I thought that was strange, because how much that would actually cost them to shut down with $0 revenue for 8 weeks and how would they pay rent on the thousands of leases they just singed nationwide? 

This doesn't seem right to me, but with the Covid19 Virus, banks are doing some strange things, but this one stuck in my craw!

Big challenge was the first floor unit developed a mold problem and also had strange odor.

The park was originally listed for 425k, went pending and came back on the market and was lowered to 400k, which did seem a bit strange (it originally came on the market in July of 2019). 

I've had mixed responses on the value by assessors since the layout is in fact a bit strange and it's hard to find comps.

Nevada Clarke County has a strange transfer tax rule whereby if you transfer the property to yourself from an LLC that you 100 percent own, you have to pay transfer tax.
