I live in Virginia Beach and I am looking to get into the multifamily scene here and in the surrounding areas. 

Weather and affordability are usually the driving factors.As you pinpoint places to invest in Florida I would also consider areas like West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Cape Coral, Sarasota, and even Tampa.

I am contemplating my next steps and what I should do as I am currently at college at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida.

I live in Huntington Beach, and have family in Long Beach where I grew up.

Scenario: 2 deeded properties that abut one another that share a driveway with a 14 car parking lot (the parking lot is split in the middle, but the driveway is now considered a right of way.)  8 - units, can rent seasonally as it's located in a tourist town for beach rentals. 

Hello all,I’m hoping someone might be able to help me figure the best course of action with my current scenario.I moved to Miami with my wife and daughter for a year in order to save money and purchase a duplex in Palm Beach County around this time.

We are most interested in the Aguadilla area as it had close proximity to the beach and good surf spots.

I have been very interested in Long beach real estate after going to multiple REIA meetings in my area of Torrance. 

I've been talking to people in the northern area of Pinellas county (Dundein, Crystal Beach, Tarpon) to get a feel the REI potential. 

The property is located on Panama City Beach.
