@Andrew PostellOn the mortgage note, Will I sign on behalf of my LLC or do I need to have a member or registered agent in place to sign on the LLC's behalf so that my name is not on both ends of the transaction?

The notary notarized the signature for fake lender LLC with no signing authority, resolutions....because the company didn't exist yet.

For those that don't know the Aug 17th NAR settlement will now REQUIRE realtors sign a contract with their clients PRIOR to showing their first house. 

I have rules that agree to when they book.No need for a lease on less than 30 day stay.Does a hotel ask you to sign a lease for a weekend or week stay?
