Chip on your shoulder?

I suppose that would mitigate their risk to some degree...if a deal goes south they have a bunch of $5K guys mad at them, who shrug their shoulders and say to themselves, "well, that didn't work!"

1 - establish relationships with at least two new private money lenders.2 - rehab and resale at least 3 houses3 - bring in a new full time sales agent4 - captain an overnight trip to the channel islands on a small sailboat5 - complete daily workouts to rehabilitate injured shoulders until spring6 - be less focused on politics and macro issues....be more focused on tasks and project management.7 - complete permitting for KVRC riverside park project (volunteer position)

Real estate requires marketing and I have a good head on my shoulders so I am gonna use it.. 

But once you've brought the standards up by improving your property, how much more falls on your shoulders?

I think that was one of the reasons we took so long to renovate because there was no one over our shoulders and that made us drag our feet.  

Condos in Breck are purpose built for ski season, then have a lack of draw in the shoulder season & lower occupancy in the summer than a cabin would.

If your present forced air is natural gas, then depending on the per/Btu spread of the gas furnace versus the heat-pump - particularly in the shoulder seasons - it may well be worth installing.  

Right now in the shoulder season, eventually in the peak season.

It gave me a chip on my shoulder and a flame that will never go out to prove every single one of my doubters wrong.
