@Alex Franks  Also Alex is the real deal  high energy and very versed and sharp at most things Real estate... just be careful if you get in a conversation with him  he is what we call a slow talker so put 30 minutes aside for this gentlemen... :)  The reality is if you were seated next to Alex on a cross country flight by the time you landed he would have you in 3 deals  !!! 

I took a Rich Dad, Poor Dad class from the author, and he's a really sharp guy who really opened my eyes.

I cannot give you advice on your area, but you have some sharp folks in that area commenting already. 

I understand the concept of having clean, sharp, crisp, fresh images, according to what I read it can deliver more return.

I work with a property management company in Atlanta, and we have surprisingly seen a sharp increase in applications for properties, we were expecting a decrease due to the current climate.

I have a very sharp friend who factors in all of these expenses (cap ex, vacancy, repairs, cleaning) when searching for deals.

She is ALWAYS available and REALLY sharp.
