Jen, I know of a couple reliable brokers are licensed in that state.

Shopping banks yourself is a waste of time unless you have a proven and reliable go to banker. 

If I find one that's reliable I'll let you know :D haha.Best thing you can do is protect yourself via contracts and lien release forms when payment is made.
