Looking for advice on raising about $1.2M quickly (2 weeks) from my existing network of doctors.

I focus on distressed properties and then complete the rehab to quickly raise the properties value.

@Jake Fleming you should speak with an experienced attorney about raising capital legalities, so you don't get yourself in trouble with the SEC.Once you know what you can and cannot do, you should use the Classifieds Forum and also post on Facebook, etc.

I'd have to slightly raise my fee if the latter I'd think, or maybe offer a discount for bank transfer instead.

I agree on the raising rent part.

As rates DROP (one side down) it raises the other.

Then ask why the property tax rates for hotels on Maui hasn't increased in over two years, yet they continue to raise it for STR's as well as non-owner occupied residential properties.

Anyone buying from you would say this fool was 10% under market, I’m raising rents.

They are like two different muscle groups, so why spend years working out your legs if your goal is to have big arms?
