@Corey Lawson I have no investment experience yet, but I live in South City (Lindenwood Park area) and the 1/1 SFRs on my street and around my neighborhood are perpetually FOR SALE or FOR RENT unless they have an existing 70+ year old tenant that has been there since I moved in 4 years ago.
