Short term rentals are becoming a thing of the past in my opinion.

Hi everyone, i m new pro member still looking to land my first deal but i would like to connect with any investor in Florida, i m in Naples, Fl. or in Southwest Florida etc.

I have a condo in Lakewood, CO (26th and Kipling) and have been self-managing for the past 2 years and no longer have the time/energy/patience for self-managing. 

I hate if the cleaning goes past 24+ hours!

This is very common as people had disposable income in the past due to covid and govt handouts.

Posting cut and paste responses to every post is against the rules of the forums I believe and not helping anyone.

However, given rising rents in this zip code over the past two years, this may be a good option for renters in the lower income category as well as for new incoming residents.

Either way, they are past my cancellation policy so if things are fine, they should come, if they are not okay, then I will refund them because they really won't have an option.  

A 4/3 could potentially rent for $3,500 - 4,000/room/semester.Clearly some other factors to consider, but it would be great to hear any insight from folks who may have done this in the past.
