You could try talking to them and posting a notice to vacate as you now own the home, but I wouldn't go alone and I doubt they will leave. 

Tenant A, the downstairs tenant, has already given his notice and is leaving in two weeks.

Tenants are supposed to be out by the 31st by the notice we gave them.

It really just limits your exit options and decreases your ability to leverage.

I recently sold a property, but I still receive notices for paying property taxes and utilities.

Except in real estate the price is already so murky it won’t be as noticeable. 

I go to his Facebook page and also notice that it says he works for Keller Williams so I ask him if he does in fact work for KW because about seven Frank Walkers pop up on realtor.com but none of them have profile photos or are in Texas. 

It is intentional and designed to be noticed and considered.

We all hope that when/if the rents decrease, there will be more inventory, but there will also be more people who can afford to buy.

Typically given 30 days advance notice we can find a tenant and fill the unit within less than two weeks of the old tenant exiting.
