Was all baseboard radiant then I changed the bathrooms to euro style wall mount radiators due to changing space around and they worked great too. 

They should have had a bucket truck but the out of state electric company crew drove by and felt sorry for us so he did some mounting for the electrician before they reconnected us.   

If it doesn't, then I will leave the existing outlets and run some new outlets on new circuits possibly using surface mount conduit depending on ease of access for fishing wire.

Hi there,I purchased a SFH in Gilbert last Nov for long tern rentals and manage it from out of state. it's build in 2008. on 7/22, the tenant told me the bracket came loose and the door won't close, the had one man came to check and said: the motor failed and one of the screws apparently on the top of the door malfunctioned and the motor just kept pulling the door instead of stopping.
