I graduated with my bachelor degree in Energy Technology Management in hopes of developing green housing. i have had a hard time of achieving this plan and my career. 

My background is in any customer facing business, particularly restaurants (yes I am a people person and can BS with the best), however I am also great with technology particularly social media (Twitter, Facebook and facebook ads).  

I am digging BP and the podcast is awesome.Software is my other passion, and as a software developer, I am always interested in solving problems with technology.

The modern trend, from what I have read, would be to use an L.L.C. rather than a Partnership. 

Since it has been updated, it will be a great, modern rental.  

Much of our modern mortgage concept traces back to the middle ages right after the Roman Empire collapsed.  

It just needs some improving to make it look at little more modern.  

It's a modern world so the marketing is changing constantly.

I currently work in Information Technology from 8am-6pm and will now add REI to my after-hours life.

There are costs associated with not only getting your license but maintaining it as well - MLS, technology dues, local realtor associations etc.
