I'm a 40 year old IT specialist with an MBA I don't use for anything and a long standing interest in real estate.

Since I started with nothing 40 years ago and built an 8 figure net worth, have a BA in Economics and MBA in Finance, and built my assets through investments and not as a corporate employee, I probably have some “street cred” when it comes to wealth creation.
