You will get double taxed using an LLC, unless your partner is a majority holder (ie.51%) then there may be a possibility of avoiding this.

You have to bake the management fee into your deals to make sure they still pencil out (which you should likely do anyway), and you let them handle a majority of the work.

AIr BNB just put out a report that in the past 2 quarters the occupancy over the top 10 major markets has been steadily going back up by 7- 9% per quarter and may be back to pre 2021 numbers by 1st quarter next year.

Posting on random/obscure booking sites will probably only account for 1% of overall bookings. and the vast majority will come from the big players (Airbnb, VRBO, etc).
