It's a long game. 

I’ve played this game before.

He knows real estate investing and knows Chicago...the 3 day is a great place to meet new people and see if you need the level of coaching his program provides.If it's what people need to get in the game....do whatever it takes!

I am new to the investment game although  i have listened, studied and taking courses for years.

I bought my first rental back in 2005 so it’s definitely a long game for me.

Try to make it a little game.

Just like when tickets for a Steelers game are expensive you generally have more respectful fans, when they get cheap you get more people getting hammered and being jerks. 

It's a duplex that I'll be house hacking.Outside of real estate, I enjoy almost ANYTHING outdoors, when indoors I love movies and board games, I'm dedicated to my volunteer ministry, and I've become fluent in Russian (learning Ukrainian).I also run my own SEO, marketing and web design agency, which I am PASSIONATE about!
