Perhaps someone else here will share their success story from a paid mentorship.

Long story short, I have 3 properties in my own personal name: Small multi-family properties (a 4 unit and detached garage bank, another 4 unit, and a 3 unit) that I had residential HELOCs on in the second position, with a fixed residential in the first position. 

If I jump to the end of this story first, I will tell you that at 7% interest and high market values, very little cash flows well when you take into consideration principle, interest taxes, insurance, and a $100 maintenance reserve… at least where I live in Florida - but we have really high insurance rates.  

Your reply inspired me to spent some time this morning running the number on a cash-out refi.

We keep hearing stories about this, but I don't understand how people who can afford properties right now and qualify/receive this program.

on the other hand, ask them to allow you to test and clean rather than them give a hearsay appear and disappear story.
