The reason this scam has been so effective is the hackers have shown incredible restraint and patience before striking.

But, since we've had incredibly low inventory recently, and the number of homes on the market now is still lower than it was in 2012-2014 in this same time frame, AND the fact that jobs are still being created here (Google and Apple building new campuses for example), I think a slow-down is still a ways off.

This method of control is more appropriate for islands and specific inland areas where pest control personnel can make a long term commitment to this technique.

I'd be more concerned about the park's expense ratio. 25% for a small parks seems incredibly low. 

I too saw the good reviews which is why I chose it, but here is my feedback:- I found it to be incredibly poorly written so much so that it was hard to understand what the question was asking sometimes!

I'm a big fan of the booking sites, and we've been incredibly successful with our homes which are listed on multiple sites but 90% of the bookings come from Airbnb.

Unless it will have incredible cash flow as a rental, which is very rare as a condo, you will be further ahead getting rid of mistakes and moving forward.
