I have a very old set of work books called MPG back from my days in corporate America, It was probably the most useful training class I ever took.

I will be starting my journey by incorporating BRRRR strategy with hard-money lenders. 

Most of the time my lenders private or otherwise as for EIN document from IRS and articles of incorporation.

Bookkeeping and incorporation costs are a pain.
