The people who once lived there leave the house a total mess, including leaving furniture, dishes in the sink, rotten food in the fridge ect.

My lease has some highlighted items such as; notification about renter's insurance, notification about no businessesin home, no overnight guests in home, no non-registered motor vehicles, no working on vehicles, no parking in driveway, no smoking etc.I always do a walk through with the tenants and seller prior to closing.

i know there is A LOT of real estate for sale up there...but you have to watch, as appreciation values are moving NO WHERE.just food for thought.
