Good attorneys have more work then they can ever complete, so most of them would prefer going after the investor who owns a few properties in their personal name rather than gambling on a lawsuit against entities that look well structured and probably well protected - that is bad business for attorneys since they want easy wins or their own record.Just some thoughts.

We ended up with an investment that cashflows around $200/month after PITI and is on a two year lease, so we're grateful that we got to learn through the process and not be ruined.We've got an ongoing court battle against Smiling Snake and I hope that our court system will communicate to the Oklahoma City that fraudulent business practices will not be tolerated.

Evictions are going to cost you and you're going to have to hire people, you had better be clear about that in your brain before you start walking down that path, at least in my county.What I worry about is what I can't predict: cheating wife, sudden employment termination, huge gambling loss, drinking and pills binge leading to suicidal behavior.

That would be a good thing to figure in... because if it's declining, and if the young folks are moveing to bigger towns cities, etc, sometimes it can be a gamble in the long term hold idea.
