It is highly time and energy intensive process to find leads and work those leads into deals... because you have to start from scratch sending out let's say 2000 letters, receiving 20 calls, then negotiating those to get 2 deals.

(hint: it didn't even require a tool) There are times though when it makes a lot of sense to let the professionals do their thing - I will install fans , electrical outlets , toilets, garbage disposals, shower heads and other menial tasks  - but when it comes to outdoor ( high voltage) electricity , large trees, A/C work, and things of that nature  - I let the pros do the work.

All of the news outlets are acting like sheep and funneling consumers into Equifax's hack website they setup for the 143 million consumers with lost SSNs, addresses, etc. - https://www.equifaxsecurity2017.com.The part CNN and others are NOT reporting on is that there will surely be a class action lawsuit over this and by putting your information into this form you agree to the barely visible "Terms" link which waives your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
