I talked to them in 2010 when i had a semi complicated business model. and of course they lead you one you send your bizz plan.. and very few questions later lo and behold your approved.. subject to underwriting which will be 10k.. they preyed on beginners who wanted larger loans which no beginner on the planet would ever get from a legit lender.so I was like no way dude.. you did not ask enough questions.. so i passed then learned on American greed they are were crooks of the first order.

I think the best model for sfr remodeling is keep a diligent relationship of progress payments, so your contractor feels good that he will keep getting paid and you feel good that he’ll keep doing what he says.

If I were buying new I'd get the Makita Brushless set Model #XT328M for $350 with 2 3.0 ah batteries, hammer drill, impact driver and recip saw, then buy a bare tool oscillating saw.

I can then reinvest that money.My model doesn't work well in a Solo 401(k), but because my taxes are favorable in this model, t doesn't much matter that it isn't in a Solo 401(k).
