First, from giving us an opportunity to gain meaningful experience by letting us manage one of his own rehabs, to later getting us started on our own deals.

I'm methodically working my way through the info here at BP(and elsewhere) and hope to be able contribute when I have something meaningful say.

Many times these buyers would also have the right to transfer the paper to another property, so it allowed them to extract cash if they refinanced the secured property.

However I was referring to using "Zillow data" in .XLS format, which is freely downloadable, and performing various manipulations of that data using those tools mentioned, to extract some insightful info.

If the property is a house, duplex, triplex, fourplex (some say anything under 10 units is a plex) it's value will be determined by comps and therefore isn't an income property that running numbers on will produce anything meaningful.

We think we're onto something big and meaningful.

Also, on most short sales, there is no "negotiation" or meaningful short sale process initiated until After the purchase agreement and short sale package, with associated documents, is submitted to the bank.  

I'm sure you have a lot of valuable experience from reading your profile, and many of us could likely learn from it if you decide to contribute/share in a meaningful way.

Really enjoyed it and still have fun talking with homeowners who are ready to take realistic and meaningful action.
