The fridge kept frying its mother board at the first sign of lightening, the stove has a broken element and fried jet controller.  

My ads that did not include those elements got no responses. 

I am 100% confident there is a huge element of what the market will bear.

On that flickr page, if you are using Firefox, you can right click on the window to see the element being displayed - and choose the jpg file URL, and you're all set for posting so that the image shows up inline.The only problem with using these outside of BP photo sharing sites is that those sites set expiration dates on the image files.

But I think there’s a core element of all shrewd, successful people that just can’t be turned off (probably ever).

Most property managers expect to discuss the properties based on the reported expenses, vacancies,  receivables or any of the other elements of the reporting.

We would love to create a passive cash-flow at some point, and I hope to create meaningful social, environmental and economic impact through this and all of my endeavors.

BUT BUT BUT.... remember the human element.

So I do think there’s some element of muscle-memory.
