(it is confusing from reading it)I haven't heard of it, but I don't think you can get a loan to become a TIC from a bank.

I recommend reading "Your Broke because you want to be", then follow that up with "The Millionaire Next Door" and then "Rich Dad Poor Dad".

I think you really need to work with an agent based on what I am reading between the lines in your post. 

I've been diving into real estate for about 10 years now, starting with reading all the books I could get my hands on.

I read about it on Reddit and have had it for a year - it does everything more expensive softwares do but for a much lower price. 

I brought my friend along and he devised a few strategies to employ with the property.

Clean, friendly, activity rich and lots of employment driving growth as far as I found.
