Who are much less susceptible to economic cycles :)In other words, these people are aware of market conditions, but these market conditions aren't likely to cause disruptions to their vacation/business travel plans.

The name of the game here as a small potato investor like myself is still taking advantage of legislated market disruptions, whether it be rent control, ADU's, or supply constrictions.

Not trying to be inflammatory, but I'd be very surprised if the HML industry survives the disruption that's beginning with the crowd funding sites.If you've got net worth, money to invest, and want to hold real estate debt (or equity), look at PatchOfLand or RealtyShares or any of the others.  

Save yourself $1000s and avoid an even worse disruption of cash flow down the road.Stay Cool!

If an agent starts parading future buyers through my multi-families, disrupting my tenants and making me give notices to enter for nothing, I would no longer allow said agent to look at anything of mine.  

I realized this when I was taking a required class of Boolean Logic and our primary assignment was to google search stuff, I no joke started laughing so much from back of class at what a joke it all was I had to remove myself into hallway to stop disrupting the lecture.

These processes and the whole closing costs are yearning for a disruption.

They're either shut down by moderators due to abusers posting libelous, slanderous and disruptive content or website owners with an ethical moral compass that won't allow them to support hate-speech.
