I'm wondering if anyone has any creative ideas for how I could consolidate 2 loans into one that MAY have a better rate.

This could be normal for our market, but it makes me wonder if our agent is especially drawn to these prospective buyers because they’d earn him a bigger commission. 

Wondering if anyone ever ended up executing on this (specifically rebating a portion or total amount of owed buyside commission back to yourself as a buyer rebate at the closing table to cover closing costs). 

Was wondering if anyone is currently engaged in new construction investments in the area, or have contacts who are.
