One way you could turn lemons into lemonade (or chicken sh*t into chicken salad) is to determine if you could still complete and insured transaction using a QCDEED and perhaps an estoppel letter or similar doc.

After determining that I was a 1099 with only 1.5 years work experience, the loan officer quickly shared a look that made that oh so delicious chicken biscuit want to come right out where it previously entered.After searching through every loop hole, we came across the conclusion that there was nothing this bank could do to get me in the door.

I'd bet a chicken dinner that the use instructions start out with "remove gross contamination".. step two will be something along the lines of "thoroughly wet the area to be treated & keep wet for xx period of time"..
