Hey Shelby - You are correct, turnkey properties don't get the lime light like flips / brrrs get in general within the BP community. 

@nicholas Coulter is correct that the tankless require more maintenance than tanked heaters and the effort is more.  

In which case, if he sets up the state LLC correctly, and depending on what documents are available for public viewing, he would be able to pull it off no? 

If the bottom insulation of the home is torn and the skirting is not properly maintained, it can cause a host of other issues, like pest and moisture problems.Additionally, if the foundation is not sturdy enough, situated correctly, or on a concrete slab (permanent foundation), a mobile home’s support may sink slowly into the earth over time.

I prefer larger crowds, but like you mentioned it wasn't all bad.The communication on where to go and what to do could have been better, but I still had an amazing time!

VA's seem great but I am leery of managing and them doing what I want correctly

They communicate with a general contractor so they are confident in what their rehab cost will be. 

@Stuart Udis You are an attorney , correct ? 

Obviously the hurricane coming in could be devastating and we’re not sure what, how and when to communicate to the guests.
