Mike Mike, I'm not advocating this PDF article, I just brought it as an evidence or reference for the 1% rule in contrast to the fact that I didn't find anywhere else other then BP about the 2% rule.With regard to your comment: "...the Rent - PITI just won't get it in the real world"Although, true, it suffice to say that in the mid to high price RE, the 2% rule is also not part of the real world.
