Hi Everyone, I am new to the RE game but have been listening to the BiggerPockets content for some time now.

I've been consuming as much content as possible and have a goal for 3 properties this year.

The two items that are generally at play are the GPM flow and the lead content in any fittings attached to potable uses.

@Dave Foster is the 1031 Exchange master of the BiggerPockets forums, perhaps google content he's put out - lots of great information there!

@Michael Wagner runs the Storage Rebellion and provides a lot of helpful content through that group/platform as well.

It’s especially hard on a zoom meeting (hopefully we will be back in person eventually) You are welcome to give it a try and see if the content and relationships are beneficial Wish you great success 

As of recent, I've been going deeper into Pace Morby's content and love his take on mindset, approach, choosing the right set of people, etc.Look forward to connecting with you all!

I would suggest watching some of the Anderson's Business Advisors' content on YouTube, some great free knowledge if you have no experience in this area.I'm assuming all of your properties are located in NH and NH does not recognize series LLCs.

Meanwhile, everyone allows a chihuahua and I've had them be extremely aggressive and I've even seen the opposite of one that was very content and sweet to everyone.
