I did the same in Chelsea on Cary Ave, 3-fam.

I don't think the loan on the car is the right way to get there, as it (1) likely won't give you enough money to be able to play the game; and (2) it actually works against you from a lender perspective.  

I headed to the bank to get my check for the closing the next day and as soon as I got back into the car, I received a call.

For these few personal asset, for anonymity purpose, I created a few personal property trusts to mask the title ownership of some of assets (car, ...).I have created a separate NM LLC to act as trustee of my land trusts and property trusts.

If I were you and investing right now I would be looking at the areas around where the future east-west street car is coming and also around where the north south line is being finished next year.
