Instead of sending a letter, send a postcard and on the front of the postcard include a picture of the house you want to buy, and include, "I want to buy your house" in bold letters on the front over the picture.

The difference it makes is $254 per SQFT Vs $267 per SQFT I like how the listings are done on the MLS system in Charleston SC.. big bold letters ..IF SQUARE FOOTAGE IS IMPORTANT MEASURE !!!
