@Tony Marinello income replacement or frequently referred to "Loss of Use" or "Loss of Rents" coverage is often included in the coverages quoted when you obtain an insurance quote.Some companies out there do not automatically include it and that should raise a major red flag to you that they don't have your best interest at hand.If you have other coverage questions or more questions about income replacement, feel free to DM me.Best of luck!

@Zachary Jensen I think just inflation in general. 20-year average inflation rate is 2.32% so I'd at the very least automatically increase rents at a rate of 2-3% per year.
