I believe people have the right to do whatever they want with their bodies, up to and including suicide (which Beck apparently considered as well).But, I don't consider someone who believes college is a bad thing and who feels the need to be stoned for *literally* half their adult life to be a good role model for our society...in fact, I believe lack of education and excessive drug use are things that have contributed to the downfall of this country...I prefer to choose role models who spend their time being productive and contributing to society, not those who drop out of school and spend 15 years straight on the couch getting stoned.Of course, if you want to look up to someone who does that, or if you want your kids and grandkids to look up to someone who does that, all the more power to you...it's a free country, after all and you can look up to anyone you choose...

No other landlord will accept a tenant with a pitbull puppy.Suggest that she get a nice adult Labrador Retriever from Labrador rescue, but only if the property has a fenced yard.

Many times the seller will just say something like insurance inspectors are here to take a few pics etc.If the adult is not there do not enter the property.Do not even step one foot in there.Did you review the rent rolls,vacancy loss,turnover frequency,late pays,strength of the existing leases,etc.???

But until unemployment decreases and these young adults find the jobs, income, and stability to buy or rent a home, I think many of them are going to remain "boomerang" kids and continue living with their parents, once again denying the rental market another household to service.Since housing is not as liquid as other investments, like stocks and bonds, everything tends to move like molasses.

LotteryAnswer #1-- If the lottery proceeds were received after the first launch of my business plan mentioned above, I'd buy real estate in the immediate vicinity of the new stadium or arena and place those real estate assets into a charitable lead trust under the management of my three adult children.
