how many square feet?

This 4,617 square foot beauty, sitting snug on a 0.26-acre lot with 6 bathrooms, seemed like a promising catch when I snagged it off-market back in September 2023 for $610,000.

You're buying by the square meter but you're renting by the bedroom so your ROI won't come from the square footage, at least not mainly.It's on a case by case basis.

The properly sits on a large 28,480 square-foot lot zoned for office, creating the potential for re-development as a medical office expansion.

And from that data base we ONLY direct mailed those we could not get on the phone.. in those days we had to use the reverse directory.. so it was very laborious.. it took over a year to gather 10k leads from the OR CA border to Just south of Tacoma WA.. 

rents are higher here by far one of the most expensive markets to live. lease price per square foots can go as high as $8 per square foot. if you live far away it'll be cheaper or you'll be living in a older unit. depends on your budget really 

Can anyone adviceboth is about same price and similar location.property 1) almost all window facing north ( no direct Sun light , but is about 1000 square feet and feel about 30% bigger than property 2property 2) all window facing south, direct Sun light all day, but is about 800 square feet and feel 30% smaller compare to propoerty 1.which one would you choose if you are facing those two decisions.thank you
