Most lenders will for try to send you down other roads first such as a loan mod or short sale, before they agree to DIL.

I had tried to establish direct communication with jesse, but the GC did not want me talking to him.

Trying to figure if the partner is the STR owner or another management company that facilitates things through you. 

I'm working through the "picking a market" worksheet and workshop, and there are no clear instructions on how to find this. i've tried googling it, and referencing my data aggregators, but usually data goes back a year, 2-3 if I'm lucky.
