Don't get me wrong she is extremely ambitious and well motivated (I would actually describe her as a tiger/pit bull) but my point is that she started with low capital and worked through an avenue with low risk and still made a very respectable income doing it.All Cash, you seem to have a very conservative perspective on investing.

I have not looked enough into them to determine the usefulness of their materials or the soundness of their companies.For me personally, though I am sure that there is money to made in network marketing especially around real estate investing, I am making a very respectable income doing what I am doing, and I love it.I would recommend with any possible business opportunity that you get all the facts you can without giving a dime and then weigh the risk/reward factor.

About a year after I bought it (and dumped almost $60,000 into it) I sold it for a very respectable profit.I have not used conventional or commercial financing on any of my rental properties to date.
