The understanding you bring to each transaction, the ability to read between the lines, and the personal connections you forge are irreplaceable elements that complement the analytical power of AI. 

It’s so mental but if you have stuffed feelings of hatred against the successful people you see you actually are also going to judge your future self for becoming successful and likely sabotage it before you get there.

I can't help but feel that some of the failed programs might offer even better opportunities than the successful ones. 

This way, if someone feels rejected unfairly, you can show that your decision wasn’t based on any illegal discrimination, but on consistent standards applied to everyone.Alternatively... you could just ghost applicants but that's not always everyone's style lol 

The city recently came and is requiring me to bring it up to code.

I feel like that sounds simple but in reality would hold up the leasing process for tenants that are not proactive. 

You bringing up an owner can break the lease, someone could die and the family takes over, she can get a better deal profit sharing.

In this market i would only go that route if you have the resources to cover their initial investment so there would be no loss of capital if things go bad.One of the syndications that i am an LP buys MF, rehabs the existing units, converts tbe garages into max number of studios, brings all units to top of market rent, and exits with max NOI.
