I'm dual licensed in WI, and while cashflow is a little harder in WI, the appreciation is forecasted to be fantastic.  

I went straight to the selling rep and asked her if she was comfortable with dual agency so she could get max commission.

This is a very dry area though, but I don't think it would matter.I would focus more on closing any openings or gaps, installing dual pane windows, and choosing your window coverings carefully....

One is 4br, one is 2br, for 6br total.Further out I block off the individual calendars and only make the dual booking available.
