Each lender, for the most part, is going to have similar rates. it really comes down to communication and their process!

It wasn't some other 3rd party deciding things where you/your parents can claim ignorance, it is literally the owner's making decisions.

There is a consent form that can be signed by every interested party entitled to receive a Notice of Proposed Action but they need 100% to sign off on the sale.

We were able to reach an agreement that was fair and favorable to both parties.

If it were me, I'd search the net for title attorneys, preferably in the county where the property is located.In my opinion, the onus is on the third party to prove up the terms of the agreement.
