Every tenant I have without a W/D complains of going to the laundry mat for various reason’s .its nasty ( especially in bad neighborhoods) it’s time consuming ,it’s very expensive and often the machines are Grungy from folks taking their greasy mechanic and oil field clothes there .

I found one in the 40s and I can justify that since it will be like .01% of my monthyl income lol but other than that I don't plan on traveling(dislike traveling tbh), I don't buy nice clothes, I don't spend alot my house is pretty big (so i think) and its such a nice floor plan that my roommates don't get in the way or bother me.
