Every tenant I have without a W/D complains of going to the laundry mat for various reason’s .its nasty ( especially in bad neighborhoods) it’s time consuming ,it’s very expensive and often the machines are Grungy from folks taking their greasy mechanic and oil field clothes there .

Most laundry mats in low income areas are absolutely horrific to wash your families clothes in .

Tell them what date to show up at the closing, take out their photographs, clothes and valuable humels(JJ) . 

While I know sales tax doesn't apply to real estate, I consulted the wise oracle of all human knowledge and got the answer, "Sales tax is a tax imposed on the sale of tangible personal property, such as automobiles, household goods and clothing.

In this case, the tenant was locked out and couldn't get a change of clothes that night or even shower.

Additionally, Mason City is a city center in north central Iowa, where surrounding towns will go to for the services they need (grocery, clothes, etc.). 

A little grease some dirty walls or clothes laying around is no big deal in the grand scheme of things .

I just had a renter in an upstairs apartment that used a portable clothes washer and it somehow leaked hundreds of gallons of water.

I found one in the 40s and I can justify that since it will be like .01% of my monthyl income lol but other than that I don't plan on traveling(dislike traveling tbh), I don't buy nice clothes, I don't spend alot my house is pretty big (so i think) and its such a nice floor plan that my roommates don't get in the way or bother me.

Landlords feed their families and cloth their children with rental revenue.
