I went to a private Ivy League type prep school for eleven years, got completely sick of the politics (yes, there're plenty of politics in those types of schools, believe it or not), and joined the Army.

I think that would be leagues better than walking away.

Champion Ave, 2 on Rankin Ave, and on on Linden Ave...  

Then you reach the min. 1 million mark that bars most people from buying in that league.

This is out of my league to make money, so if you want to take a look to help these people, I will just pay it forward.

As I have said I can't be mad at them because they are the champions of the world, I just have to adapt to their games by learning the rules.

As a Minor Leaguer, my/our wages are nowhere near enough to put away in savings as I must feed myself at fast food restaurants (the beauty of a minor league baseball player).

Don't hesitate to ask me questions (admittedly - very little experience and not in the same league as other investors on this page).

My situation: I'm currently a minor league baseball player - look up our average income and you'll be severely disappointed - and I am looking to begin purchasing homes between $30-$60k.
