@Shane Swart from a PMC point of view, @Bonnie Low is pretty accurate.We do LTR and MTR, but the MTR is at a higher rate due to the extra time involved in managing furnishings.

Or if you don't want to get sales training selling cars.. go work at a time share operation or in my day  a Land sales organization ALA  Glenn Garry Glenn Ross that's how you learn to actually sell real estate ... you have to have sales chops to be a top producer.. in MOST instances or niches of the market.
