I got one done at 65% LTV cashout and it was on a free and clear owned asset worth 900k that had 12 month trailing history on STR sites for 500k in rent, yes 40k+ per month. 

Those 4 tend to be the most popular sites for mid term rental listings.

I have not used one of those sites.

Homes that are "modular" are partly constructed in a factory and then assembled on the building site, otherwise they are just like any stick-built home with the same code requirements.A lot of people have made millions with manufactured homes.

I do know lot of people contacted me, because of my original post on Scott Carson's basecamp site. 

I suspect you get a lower deduction than if you have someone on site but to me it was close enough.
