@Joseph Ali Sure, the spreadsheet I am working on doesn't yet have the elegance & visual simplicity that I am striving for but it will do for now.

In addition, there is a tenant waiting to move in and she wanted a pedestal sink and even though I didn't promise, I said I would "try my absolute best", there are other reasons as well.I see a lot of places where people are adding "backsplash" on top of the pedestal sinks, such as:So I think what I am visualizing is a piece of something slightly wider than the sink, starting at say 4" above the sink running all the way to the floor. 

I have attached a pic of the property as a visual aid. 

Affected area looks to be ~5’x10’- front porch railing and support columns are rotted.. all need to be replaced and painted- 1 window in bedroom needs replaced- my partner felt like the house was settling in the middle a bit but I didn’t see any visual signs of cracking around door frames or window frames?? 

-I plotted the properties using an online map maker, giving a visual of where the properties are.  

The inspector came through, did a visual inspection, had several wipes and the rests came back saying I had less than whatever they test for so I passed.

May be hard to visualize, but it is feasible.  

You should watch some videos on youtube around this which can explain it visually.

I need the cards for a visual as well its more than contact info its the name of the company the website etc etc.what happens if I lose all the data on my phone????

Yours sound like a little bit more than typical, but not that much more...I usually assume there'll be 10-20K of work needed brought up during the home inspection(more if there are other visually obvious issues).
