It is certainly not as good of a reason I imagined myself choosing when I first started dreaming about real estate investing, but frankly we are just tired of being stuck in analysis paralysis and want to get started in the school of hard knocks.

I  had a slight stroke in 2005 and when my brain is tired my thoughts sometimes get jumbled.

I’m still very new to real estate so my question is if I’m qualified to invest in real estate or if should choose a different vehicle to invest in. appreciate your response.

Also tired of spinning my wheels with farming neighborhoods.I do have a question...is anyone working with any lawyers (or that has in the past) that specializes in probate law that receive any leads? 

It feels good in my gut to do but then again i'm tired of delaying deals. 

I have found quite the passion for the whole "rehab & rent" vehicle and have found such a great deal and am ready to dive in.

@Terry Lao For sure, and there is maybe close to several hundred thousand peeps a 45 minute flight away that probably are looking to invest in something RE and are probably getting pretty tired of getting outbid a dozen times in row. 

It is what sets real estate investing apart from all other investment vehicles. 

The thought being that they can be motivated to sell after getting tired of dealing with property that they don't live in.  

I got tired of day to day so put the condo plat on it and 2X the value buy selling individual condos...
