A court can "pierce the corporate veil" for companies that are essentially alter egos.

At the moment I'm at 5 pages and it hasn't even been through a lawyer yet to translate it all correctly.The question is, how many rules is too much?

stock is more riskier than real estate. so 6% real estate return is not bad considering the risk is low and if you take into account depreciation and other things then there is no taxes on this income as well for long term holds. so it translates into anywhere from 8% to 12% return based upon the current income bracket and the state you leave in. definitely better then keeping money in bank and earning pennies. 

Adjust one part of the equation and it will alter the other components.

Looking at the data is very important...but being out and operating in the market place will give you a knowledge that the data just can not translate.

Doing without does not in any way translate to suffering.
