As the pit-bull leaves the ground, teeth bared, my son brings his knee up and catches the pit-bull hard in the chest and knocks him about 8 feet onto his back.I told the applicant sorry, but his dog had failed the temperament test.

I agree with Lucia, Some additional cons for laminate or tile in a rental.Cons of laminate - shows scuffs and scratches (needs regular cleaning), can mound at seams (don't know cause), not easily repaired.Cons of Tile - cold (especially for slab foundation), slippery when wet, chips (there is enamel paint to match), If you choose tile for a rental it should be a must you buy a couple of extra boxes of tiles.
