The point is: your borrowing costs are EXTRA, so unless your mortgage payments are less than (the other) 50%, your cash flow is looking suspiciously likely to be NEGATIVE! 

Nobody is perfect, and I would certainly be suspicious of anyone who has been in the private investment business for any length of time who purports they have never lost money on a deal.  

And at most, all you probably had to do was have the clause "and/or assigns" after your name in the contract.Your line there is shining light on the assignment issue and making it sound "suspicious", in my opinion.

Without a full, real name, any posting is extremely suspicious as to its source... and motivation.

Not that you need to be concerned about the report but it is an audit trail if you do pull suspicious activities trying to out smart the system.A rental can be booked as a commercial real estate loan by a small lender, there can be exceptions made under compensating factors in underwriting.

After having my first deal fall through because of a suspicious HOA with multiple lawsuits against them (Discrimination, etc), I have decided to change my strategy for what I am looking for in my first property. 

I would be suspicious if the Seller tells you he's been offered $70-80k, but all of a sudden you come along and Offer $50k - and he accepts?

I ran the numbers and place on offer on it, it (somewhat suspiciously) had another offer come in higher an hour or so after I made mine.

But then the user gets suspicious that they unchecked the box but still get an error that they HAVE to provide that info in order to connect, and thinks we're still collecting it even though they opted out.
